Cette masterclass nécessite d'avoir des connaissances de base sur le processus céramique et l'utilisation des engobes et des émaux.Diplômée en communication visuelle ( ISIA à Urbino - Italie) et en céramique contemporaine (Metropolitan University - CityLit Institute ), Enrica Casentini a collaboré pendant trois ans avec la galerie de céramique contemporaine Officine Saffi à Milan, où elle a tenu plusieurs ateliers de céramique et travaillé avec des artistes tels que Shozo Michikawa et Robert Cooper. This masterclass is for those who already have some experience and wishes to to get most out of the clay with a focus on efficiency and precision at the wheel. During the two days masterclass, Eric Landon will makes numerous vessel types demo giving a comprehensive look at the approach and techniques he applies at the wheel to make his large vessels (simple cylinder, vase, bowl, plate...).
The workshop is hands-on under the guidance and supervision from Eric and you will be practicing the techniques. He will focus on fine-tuning your hand and body movement to help center and manage larger amounts of clay with less effort to pull vessel walls with ease.
It is not recommended for beginners.
The masterclass is from 9.00 to 16.00 both days. There will be a lunch break in the middle of the day.
