This masterclass is for those with some previous experience who wish to get most out of clay, with a focus on efficiency and precision at the wheel. During this two day masterclass, Eric Landon will demonstrate numerous vessel types, giving a comprehensive look at the approaches and techniques he applies at the wheel to make his large vessels (simple cylinder, vase, bowl, plate…).
This is a hands-on workshop in which you will be practicing a variety of techniques, guided by Eric. He will focus on fine-tuning your hand and body movement to help you center and manage larger amounts of clay with less effort, allowing you to pull the vessel walls with greater ease.
This masterclass is not recommended for beginners.
The masterclass is from 9:00am to 4:00pm both days. There will be a lunch break in the middle of the day.
